RankThrottle provides an AI-powered SEO content optimization platform that analyzes your web content against competitors, identifies content gaps, and provides actionable recommendations for improvement. Our services include content analysis, keyword research, competitor analysis, and integration with Google Search Console.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access our Service
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security
• You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Service:

• To transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company or any other person

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service may integrate with third-party services such as Google Search Console. Your use of such integrations is subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

8. Subscription and Payments

Some features of our Service require a paid subscription:

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
